JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, mainly in the Sales cloud, Service cloud and Communities areas. In particular, but not exclusively : workflows, process builder, triggers, batch jobs, lightning components, visual flows and integrations with third-party applications via API (web services - REST / JSON)
• Define innovative solutions to improve the use of Salesforce and meet business needs.
• Analyze complex business problems to solve with the Salesforce system.
• Understand all aspects of Salesforce technical / functional configuration and capabilities.
• Communicate regularly with Digital Acceleration Leaders, the IT Solutions team and other stakeholders to ensure features meet field needs and to develop an ongoing project plan.
• Review project requirements and bid specifications, recommend various design solutions and assist in the planning, commissioning and documentation of these solutions.
• Support, thanks to its expertise, other departments (technical publications, user documentation, maintenance engineering, training, etc.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes, continuous improvement and best practices in the company
