As a Data Analyst within the automotive sector, youll play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions across sales, service, inventory, and operations. You will bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy building advanced reports, developing interactive dashboards in React, and leveraging high-level Excel and Google Sheets expertise to optimize performance and drive measurable results.

Compensation : $75,000-$90,000 per year

What You Will Be Doing :

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to vehicle sales, service performance, inventory, supply chain, and customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to support strategic decisions.
• Provide actionable insights on KPIs such as vehicle turnover rate, gross margin, parts performance, service efficiency, and customer retention.
• Translate business requirements into data visualizations and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate APIs and data sources into reporting systems.
• Analyze dealership or OEM performance metrics.
• Monitor inventory aging, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting.
• Support forecasting for sales targets and operational capacity.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics.
