Service Coordinator - Technical

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily customer service needs, efficiently scheduling and dispatching field service technicians, driving service revenue, and cultivating strong client relationships. You will serve as a key link between their customers and technical staff, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery across the region.. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in service coordination or dispatching is preferred.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation.

Understanding of basic accounting procedures.

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a criminal record check and other required testing.

Ability to work from our client’s Surrey's location.
