With your passion for service and in-depth product knowledge, you'll help every customer successfully realize their projects. Your role: As a PRO Orders Specialist , you are the heart of the experience we deliver to our professional clientele. Your role is to provide fast, reliable and personalized service while ensuring full handling and follow-up of orders. You act as a true partner to contractors by understanding their reality, their language and their specific needs. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Processing PRO customer orders by text message, email, or phone in an efficient and professional manner. Understanding contractors’ terminology and technical needs to recommend the right products and solutions. Ensuring complete order follow‑up: product availability, preparation, changes, timelines, and status updates. Communicating closely with the delivery center to guarantee accuracy, speed, and quality of service. Quickly resolving problematic or urgent situations by proposing solutions adapted to jobsite realities. Providing exceptional customer service based on trust, accuracy, and responsiveness. Informing customers about current promotions, delivery options, and complementary services. Performing any other related tasks to support the proper functioning of the PRO department. What we're looking for: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in renovation, building materials, or a similar role serving PRO clientele (a strong asset). Excellent communication skills and ease in understanding construction professionals’ vocabulary. Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle urgent situations. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous requests. Strong customer‑service mindset and solution‑oriented approach. Familiarity with computer tools and ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to build long‑term relationships with contractors and ensure rigorous follow‑ups.
