Job Description : Responsibilities :

Provide daily operational Tier 1 / 2 issue support through our ticketing system.

Provide 24 / 7 / 365 On-Call coverage.

Routine maintenance : backups monitoring management and patching of the network environment including network security devices like firewalls and SSL VPN connectors.

Data Center Management : Assist in capacity planning and regular maintenance audits and troubleshooting. (co-managed data centers)
