We’re currently hiring Experienced Concrete Finishers for an active industrial project located within the City of Winnipeg. This is a local-only opportunity (no LOA or travel support), ideal for skilled concrete Finisher’s looking for steady work in the area.

About the Role
You’ll be working on new blasted concrete, with a focus on filling voids and preparing the surface for an industrial spray coating system to be applied. This role requires precision, consistency, and an eye for quality. You’ll be working alongside a collaborative team on a high-standard project within Winnipeg’s industrial sector.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $28-$32 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Apply finishing techniques to blasted concrete
• Smooth, level, and seal surfaces with trowel
• Inspect work to ensure consistency and durability
• Follow site-specific safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project milestones

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in industrial or infrastructure settings
• Strong knowledge of finishing and sealing techniques
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors or in enclosed pipe spaces when required
• Local to Winnipeg and available for daily onsite work (no accommodations provided)
