The Opportunity
This position will manage multiple, ongoing tasks in conjunction with the Customer Care Team and Order Delivery. You will ensure exceptional customer case through the support and service of customer requirements within the organization.
Position Description
- Manage orders and their processing accuracy to ensure prompt resolution and sales order confirmation
- Take ownership of the customer care order inbox
- Respond and communicate with existing customers and new clients
- Update customer information into the system, addresses, contacts and their customer products codes
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Process order shipment documents from third party warehouses
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, GMP’s and HACCP requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care/service role
- Food industry background/industry experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong follow-up, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills, bilingual
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) and proficient with ERP and WMS systems
Education
Post-secondary education.
