About the role

We are a wind energy field services company seeking a detail-oriented Onsite Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics operations at an active wind farm project site. This role ensures the timely delivery, coordination, and tracking of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and material flow

Develop and track daily and weekly delivery plans aligned with project timelines

Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, and proactively address logistics issues

Collaborate with site management, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure alignment

Track inventory levels and logistics documentation to support project demands

Support continuous improvement of logistics processes to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications

Experience in logistics coordination, site operations, or supply chain support

Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environment

Strong communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with construction or field project environments preferred
