Position : Full-Time Associate Dentist

Location : Great Slave Dental Clinic, Yellowknife, NT

Start Date : April 15th, 2024

Team : 1 Principal Dentist, 2 Full-Time Hygienists, 2 Full-Time Associate Dentists

We are looking for a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice. You'll be able to hit the ground running from Day 1, seeing a steady flow of patients in a supportive and highly rated clinic.

This role is perfect for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced dentists looking for a fulfilling, high-potential opportunity.

Qualifications

DDS, DMD, or BDS degree from an accredited institution OR successful completion of the NDEB equivalency process

Registered and licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the territorial regulatory body in Northwest Territories

3-5 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged toapply

Skilled in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and efficiency

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Earnings - 40% Monthly Commission on Fees Received (net of lab fees)

$20,000 Relocation Bonus - Paid over the first 12 months

2 Months of Rental Accommodation - Covered upon arrival in Yellowknife

Airfare to Yellowknife - Travel expenses covered

Continuing Education Support - Includes a course in Western Canada (after 12 months) + Airfare, Hotel, and Course Registration Fee
