Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand our customers’ digital signage network objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client’s network

objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
  • Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
  • Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.

Skills and Competencies

We’re looking for a client service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
