Position :   Project Leader - EPC - Heavy Industrial Construction

Location : Pickering, ON (Onsite)

Structure : Contract 24 months to start

Pay :  $68.00 - $77.00 p / h inc. + HST

• Full Lifecycle Management : Lead projects through all five phases (Identification to Closeout), ensuring delivery within strict safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Financial & Resource Planning : Develop detailed cost estimates, business case submissions for executive approval, and managed gate packages to secure and control project funding.
• Contract & Procurement Oversight : Execute the end-to-end contracting process, including preparing bid packages, evaluating tenders, and managing vendor / contractor performance.
• Performance Reporting : Maintain rigorous control over project scope and change management, providing regular variance analysis and risk mitigation reports to senior leadership.
