About the Job

This is a new, non-traditional Business Development Associate role who is at the early stage of their career. Based at our Steveston head office, you will :

• Provide high-value internal support to our outside sales team e.g. with quoting, pricing, inventory availability, order management, and issue resolution
• Gain exposure across our four sales channels : Restaurants, Wholesale, Institutional Foodservice, and Direct-to-Consumer
• Work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, quality, marketing, and IT
• Learn the full supply chain, from vessel to customer, and develop deep product knowledge
• Use data and insight to identify growth and improvement opportunities
