Our client, a local and employee-owned Real Estate Management & Investment firm, is now seeking a qualified full-time 3rd Class Power / Stationary Engineer for an exciting opportunity with their 1st Class Steam Plant in central Ottawa.
Your Responsibilities :
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and safe operations of HVAC and mechanical equipment
- Key duties involve operating and maintaining steam and chiller plants, as well as HVAC systems
- Working with contractors and suppliers in identifying areas for improvements while performing other related responsibilities- Prior exposure to working on shift rotations
Qualifications : - 3rd Class Power Engineering Certification (TSSA) -
