The Opportunity
McElhanney is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Victoria, BC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative and integrated consulting services for both public and private sector clients.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of civil engineering projects, from road rehabilitation and reconstruction, municipal water and wastewater system upgrades, and residential land development in one of Canada’s most vibrant urban communities.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications.
