Dry Cleaning Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the dry cleaning plant, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output
• Manage and train a team of employees, fostering a positive, productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor and maintain equipment, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance as needed
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and materials
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Track plant performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Grow the business over the next few years

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in dry cleaning or laundry plant management, or a related field

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Solid understanding of plant operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols

Ability to manage a team, set goals, and provide feedback and training

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning methods and technologies is a plus
