Salary :
As our new Materials Science Engineer, your primary goal is to develop, characterize, and optimize smart materials that power Smarter Alloys shape memory alloy technologies. Youll work hands-on with advanced alloys and manufacturing processes to understand how composition and processing can be tuned to achieve desired material functions and performance.
Were looking for someone with a strong background in metallic materials who can design and run experiments, analyze results, and apply both experimental and numerical methods to improve material behavior. Experience with thermal processing, mechanical testing, and materials characterization will be highly valuable.
Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technicians, and have the autonomy to drive your own projects while collaborating across R&D, production, and quality functions.
