What You'll Do :

You’ll be the face of our service department—the trusted advisor customers rely on and the key link between the shop and the customer.

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs

Listen actively, ask smart questions, and diagnose concerns

Recommend services and repairs with clear explanations, pricing, and timelines

Schedule service appointments and follow up like a pro

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently

Provide customers with timely updates on vehicle status

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Resolve concerns quickly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Stay current on automotive products, services, and industry trends

What We're Looking For :

Confident communicator with strong customer service instincts

Organized, fast-moving, and cool under pressure

Someone who takes ownership, builds trust, and delivers results

Proficiency with computer systems

Experience in Automotive or as a Service Advisor is an asset
