Job Description

A large dairy facility located in Florida is searching for a qualified, hands-on Assistant Dairy Manager to supervise, motivate, and lead their dairy team of Milkers, Herdsman, Breeding, and Maternity staff. Will ensure protocols are followed and daily tasks are being completed properly and in a timely matter. Must have strong herd health experience and ability to spot, diagnose, and treat sick cows. Must understand milking procedures, knowledge of PC Dart, and speak Dairy Spanish. There are no feeding responsibilities with this position. AI breeding experience is a plus.
