The ideal person is : a self-starter who possesses a natural ability to communicate

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Works with the CEO to ensure his time and activities are coordinated in a manner that maximizes his effectiveness as the business leader.Drafts, prepares and reviews final copies of various correspondence on behalf of the CEO (letters, memos, expense forms, internal and external communications, presentations, etc.) and is proficient with all Microsoft products and grammatical skills.Manages the calendar of the CEO to promote productivity including scheduling all meetings, coordinating visits with internal / external contacts, booking appointments, making all travel arrangements, personal appointments etc.Ensures the CEO schedule is appropriately paced to facilitate enough time to prep for meetings and complete deliverables.Review mail / voicemail / email and answer calls on behalf of the CEO, prioritize and forward / action as appropriate.Follow up and act as a liaison for the Office of the CEO with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization.Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters as part of daily administrative duties. Proactively manages an action item inventory and actions within their purview.Supports the administrative needs of the Board of Directors, Board Chair, Board Investment Committee, and Investment Committee Chair and Shareholder Asset Manager.Proactively coordinates CEO involvement in internal and external events and meetings ensuring logistics, preparation time and materials are prepared / delivered on a timely basisIntuitively organizes CEO office materials including emails, communications, analysis and presentations. This includes artifacts archived for future reference as well as current action or priority items or filesQUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 5 years previous administrative support experience, minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative support.Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of people at all levels within (and external to) the business.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a complex, busy environment and bring orderA seasoned business writer who can create correspondence and presentations with the CEO's voice.Excellent judgment, ability to assess incoming correspondenceAbility to deal with sensitive business and employee information confidentially and professionally.Professional demeanour, and able to quickly develop strong working relationships with executives within the business.Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task daily activities.Solid business writing skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to set proper expectations and push back in a professional manner.Advanced computer skillsThe client would like someone with a business degreeIf you are interested, apply today!
