Customer Experience Associate (Future opportunities) - Montreal Downtown & Surrounding Areas

Location: Montr e9al, Qu e9bec, Canada

Hours: 18.75 per week

Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay Details: 22.50 CAD / 28.33 CAD per hour (range may vary by candidateskills, experience, location and business needs). TD is committed to fair and equitable compensation opportunities and provides growth opportunities and skill development.

Job Description

Department Overview: At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank. We perform a broad range of customer service transactions and provide information and advice on services, products, and solutions to existing or prospective TD customers. In the branch, we understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products and services and refer customers to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner while ensuring a positive customer experience.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard procedures, regulations and TDCode of Conduct and Ethics
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions while handling confidential information
  • Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard activities as necessary
  • Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately
  • Engage with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes
  • Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in personal performance development
  • Support the team, stay dedicated, and keep colleagues updated on routine activities
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
  • Initiative, accuracy and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills; able to connect with diverse people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
