Diagnose and repair transport climate control equipment (truck, trailer, rail container).
Complete pre-trip inspections in accordance with customers’ specific requirements.
Provide estimates on repairs.
Communicate information regarding equipment availability and status to the customer at various levels (fleet manager, driver, dispatch).
Education: Certification as a diesel or refrigeration mechanic or 5 years experience in transportation refrigeration.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: $28.00-$40.00 per hour.
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
Experience: Refrigeration installation and repair: 1 year (preferred).
