Scale Clerk – Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Scale Clerk to join the team in Kitchener! The Scale Operator / Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of vehicle traffic through the facility while delivering exceptional customer service to drivers, suppliers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet drivers and customers in a professional manner
-Process inbound and outbound truck weights using the scale system
-Enter customer and load information accurately into company systems
-Take required photos and maintain accurate records
-Issue weigh tickets and communicate with receiving and production departments
-Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and intercom
-Assist with warehouse or yard activities as needed

Qualifications:
-Previous customer service or customer-facing experience required
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable using computers and learning specific software
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
-Willingness to assist in warehouse and yard operations when required

Shift: Day Shift

Pay Rate: $22/hr
