We are looking for driven and experienced Appointment Setters to join our team and contribute to client engagement and scheduling processes. Your primary responsibility will be to contact warm leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is essential to support our high-ticket offers and ensure the sales team can focus on closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted point of contact for potential clients.
  • Engage warm leads generated from various marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Qualify leads by confirming investment readiness and ensuring they meet established criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team and manage information in our CRM (Go High Level).
  • Follow up with leads via email and text to improve show-up rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, appointment status, and call outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales huddles to refine skills and stay updated.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an appointment setter or similar role in a high-ticket sales environment.
  • Familiarity with selling Ecommerce services
  • Experience selling or setting appointments for high-ticket programs such as $25k-100k offers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work across different time zones.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Go High Level.
