This is a growth opportunity for our company and for the right candidate – will that be you? Summary : We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! Reporting into the Sales Manager, with a dotted line into the VP of Payment Services, the role of the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Clover point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processing solutions. Leverage our existing consumer financing customer database to cross-sell Clover products and services. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, conducting phone sales, managing referrals, providing quotes, and fostering relationships with the leasing sales team to maximize lead referrals. Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively reaching out to existing customers to introduce and promote our payment processing services.
- Fostering connections with internal sales employees on the leasing team. Since we are cross selling financial products its important to interact and network with other team members to facilitate lead referrals and collaboration.
- Tracking and managing your sales activities through our defined sales process and using our custom-built client relationship manager. Sending service information, quotations, and marketing material to potential clients. Occasional online demos.
- Utilizing effective negotiation skills to encourage merchants to adopt our payment processing POS platform. Understanding client needs and recommending solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product features, (Hardware / Software) and competitive offerings.
- Work in conjunction with Sales Manager for post client sale client relationship management. Qualifications / Experience :
- Strong written and verbal communication (great command of English)
- 1 year of sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Other Requirements :
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, who can inspire enthusiasm in both clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using software applications like Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel.
