Manage all logistics related to training activities & events

Facilitate virtual training sessions (EN &FR)

Consistently hold up-to-date knowledge of Small Business products and services, system and processes

Junior Technical Trainer – Mandatory Skills

Excellent facilitation skills with ability to engage adult audiences, present content clearly to achieve learning objectives

Customer focused and creative problem solver with the ability to work autonomously to drive issue to resolution

Strong interpersonal skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bilingualism is a must (EN / FR)

Previous sales experience is ideal
