Location : Brampton, ON

Pay Rate : $28‑32 / hr

Shift : Days 7AM – 3 : 30PM

Start : ASAP

Status : 3‑Month Contract with possible extension or permanent afterwards

Job Summary

Our client, a machine manufacturer in Brampton, is looking for an experienced contract Machine Builder / Assembler.

Responsibilities

• Build / assemble machinery in line with schematics
• Read schematics and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install mechanical components
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
• Wire packaging machines with existing or new equipment / technology; work with external contractors on the assigned line
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair equipment as needed
• Apply PLC programming experience
