Electrical Technician
We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our Newmarket qualification center where you will support in-house testing on a broad range of components and assemblies to support the nuclear power industry.
Electrical Technicians at the Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Newmarket location support engineering activities such as test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment. Applications may include electronic circuits, photonics and logic systems. You will work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. You will perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment. You will use manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. This position requires interaction with customers, suppliers, operations, sales, and finance to support both domestic and international products and services.

Salary Information: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus bonus

What You Bring:
High School or equivalent required. Technical training preferred.
1+ years of related experience
Excellent organization and communication (written and oral) skills.
Knowledge of basic testing processes and procedures and experience in a highly regulated industry.
Attention to detail.
