Shipping, Receiving Coordinator The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator oversees the compliant and efficient processing of all inbound and outbound materials for Plant 1 – Plastic Injection Molding Division.
This role ensures accurate documentation, material traceability, inventory control, and organized material flow to support mold manufacturing operations.
The position supports audit readiness, asset protection, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
The role also supports the Company’s ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems, including documentation control, traceability, and continuous improvement.
Job Details : Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday (7 : 00 A.M.- 3 : 00P.M.) Total comprehensive benefit and pension package Employee Assistance Program Qualifications : Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Visual preferred) Knowledge of material traceability, documentation control, and SDS requirements Skilled in safe packing, material handling, and shipping procedures Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication Detail-oriented with strong accountability Ability to identify and resolve material discrepancies Forklift and overhead crane operation (or ability to obtain certification) Responsibilities : Process inbound and outbound shipments and documentation (ERP / Visual) Receive, inspect, and distribute materials accurately Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments Maintain material traceability, certifications, and compliance documentation Manage inventory, stock levels, and organized storage Support ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 compliance Follow up on late orders with suppliers and Purchasing Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Support continuous improvement and team operations.
