A mental health service provider in Brantford is looking for an Outreach Mental Health Worker to provide support to children and youth aged 0-18 with mental health needs. This full-time role involves developing treatment plans, offering counseling, and maintaining confidentiality while working with families and schools. The ideal candidate will have a Child & Youth Worker diploma and at least 3 years of experience in children's mental health. Flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this position.
