Nanny Wanted - Mother’s Helper And Babysitter

Hello, I’m seeking a reliable babysitter/mother’s helper who can come Monday and Friday or as needed from 2:30pm - 8:30pm each day. My children are 6 and 9 years old. The ideal sitter should be proactive in engaging my children in fun, screen-free activities and helping them stay entertained. They should also be comfortable preparing meals and snacks for the kids, as well as handling any housekeeping duties. I am also looking for someone who has experience working with siblings and understands how to handle conflicts between siblings. Flexibility and a nurturing, responsible attitude are key. I am looking for someone who has their own vehicle and who would be able to pick up my kids if I am unavailable. Since I do not work full time, if I am with the children, I am looking for someone to help me with home organization and clean up tasks.
