Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Altis Recruitment & Technology on a 12-month contract. If you're passionate about process improvement, HR systems, and making a meaningful impact, this is a unique opportunity to drive transformation across our core HR operations.In this role, you’ll take the lead on modernizing key workflows—from onboarding and compensation to service delivery and compliance—while working cross-functionally with teams like Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT. Your mission?
