Test Automation Engineer

In this role, you’ll test and validate hardware / software for real‑world applications, collaborate with talented designers to solve complex functionality challenges, and leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to push the boundaries of quality assurance. You’ll write reusable automation code, manage QA test suites, and ensure releases meet the highest customer standards. Responsibilities

• Test and validate hardware / software to ensure functionality for specific applications.
• Collaborate with R&D Designers to solve problems in relation to product functionality.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of test documentation.
• Using latest AI Agent to test audio and video broadcast equipment.
• Able to write reusable testing code for test automation.
• Prepare and monitor the QA test suite.
• QA test releases from development to meet customer standards and specifications.
• Interact with development to test bug fixes.
• Perform overall quality control of QA work (peer reviews).
• Work with test automation engineers to build our automation suite.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Write reports and bug tickets to a high standard.
• Other tasks as needed by the Markham R&D Team.
