We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee safety, sales, operations, profitability and administration. Reporting directly to the Regional Director - West, you will play a crucial role in driving our branch’s success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, sales, operations, profitability and administration at the Vancouver/Victoria branch.
• Lead branch team, set priorities, monitor performance, and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director - West on budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage operations, safety programs, and financial performance.
• Occasional travel between Vancouver and Victoria may be required.
