JOB SYNOPSIS:

Your primary goal is to provide high quality service of beverages and Whitewater’s Culinary experience to ensure that our Guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience in Coal Oil Johnny's.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive at work properly dressed/groomed and on time.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to lounge guests while maintaining Serve It Right principles.
• Understand Liquor License rules that apply to our establishment after training.
• Maintain clean, organized work area: bar, tables, and storage areas.
• Accurate cash handling throughout the day and cashing out at the end of your shift.
• Accurate daily inventory.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure smooth food service.
• Implementation of all Whitewater policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Champion a sustainable approach in daily operations, planning, and development.
• Promote Whitewater’s safety culture by reviewing and amending where necessary but not limited to: Department Manuals, Employee Handbook.
• Work to achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assist in achieving organizational goals.
• Embrace, promote and follow Whitewater’s mission statement and values.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
