APPLICATION DEADLINE: JULY 16, 2026This role can be located the Caribbean Banking Market or in Canada where the successful candidate residesWhat is the opportunity?The senior software developer for the Digital banking IT group, provides design and development for internet banking, mobile banking, origination applications within the RBC Caribbean Banking space. The candidate will work with all the stakeholders to support, enhance and upgrade technology solutions to modernization approach that solve given business problems. Working to develop new and extend existing applications and APIs in Caribbean Digital Channel portfolio. As an open-minded technical specialist operating within an Agile product team, your primary role will be manager of software development and providing technical direction, design expertise, and implementation of applications for RBC Caribbean Digital banking is a must. The candidate will work with other internal development teams, solutions architects and infrastructure groups to support, enhance and upgrade technology solutions that solve given business problems. From an expert position on Caribbean Technology’s landscape, this position leads, directs and oversees activities/projects on planning, delivery and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope.What will you do?Address:
