Millwright

Interfor is looking for skilled, safety‑focused, and motivated Industrial Millwrights to join our team in Gogama. In this night‑shift role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our mill running at peak performance by maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing industrial equipment across the operation.

This position offers competitive compensation at $43.92 per hour and a 7-on / 7-off rotation with 12‑hour shifts, giving you a balanced schedule with built‑in time off.

What You’ll Do

• Repair equipment : conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic components, automated systems, etc. (including welding);
• Identify the cause of machinery breakdowns or malfunctions and do the necessary repairs;
• Install / optimize / adjust all the equipment in the mill to maximize its efficiency;
• Respond to emergencies when mechanical breakdowns affect operations;
• Operate machining tools to manufacture parts.
