  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Hands-on experience working within Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery tools.

  • Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is an asset.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAML authentication, identity management, and application session integration.

  • Knowledge of data privacy, governance, or compliance frameworks relevant to our industry.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and system architecture concepts

  • Experience with workflow automation and integration tools (e.g., Power Automate).

  • Understanding of API concepts, documentation and testing tools.

  • SAFe or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) are considered an asset

Why Join Us?

  • Work on strategic initiatives that shape the future of Wealth Technology.

  • Collaborate with talented teams in a supportive and innovative environment.

  • Gain exposure to modern technologies, Agile practices, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Build a meaningful career with a global leader committed to helping people make decisions easier and lives better.
