What will make you successful?
You will thrive in this role if you are energized by connecting with people and building meaningful relationships and bring a genuine passion for the arts and an understanding of the value of philanthropy. You are comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in donor communications and records. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to engaging and supporting donors.
