Als Director Experte (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres stark wachsenden Unternehmensbereichs Public an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Köln oder Berlin.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Als Director Experte (m/w/d) hast du den Raum, Kunden, Themen und dein Team individuell zu entwickeln sowie selbst im Projekt tätig zu sein. Neben der Entwicklung und dem Ausbau von Portfoliothemen und Projekten bist du gleichzeitig auch für die Lieferung der Leistungen zuständig, um nachhaltig eine positive Partnerschaft mit deinem Kunden aufzubauen.
Du bist als Trusted Advisor positioniert und diskutierst mit den Entscheidern beim Kunden auf Augenhöhe über Herausforderungen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten. Du bist aktiver Teil eines Account-Teams und unterstützt dieses beim Ausbau von Bestandskunden. Du stellst das Delivery in Time & Budget bei höchster Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und idealerweise mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung des öffentlichen Gesundheitswesens.
Zu deinen Kompetenzen zählen:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Lieferung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen auf Bundesebene
• Fachliche Expertise in Themenfeldern wie gematik und Telematik-Infrastruktur, HL7 und FHIR, elektronische Identitäten und Datenschutzanforderungen im Gesundheitsbereich
• Erfahrung im Account Management und vertrieblichen Tätigkeiten
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit
• Beratungskompetenz auf Staatssekretär- und Abteilungsleiterebene
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Außer deinem fachlichen Know-how zeichnest du dich durch eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und Motivation aus. Du willst etwas bewegen, bist fähig, aktiv zuzuhören, und kannst Kundenanforderungen fundiert analysieren.
Idealerweise verfügst du über ein Netzwerk im Bundesministerium für Gesundheit sowie den nachgeordneten Behörden.
