Westminster Toyota Requires a Full Time Receptionist
The primary and most important responsibility of this role is making outbound calls to existing clients.
This position requires someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable initiating conversations, and committed to maintaining strong communication with our customer base.
Duties include :
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Respond to inbound sales and service leads (phone, email, text, website inquiries)
- Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
- Re-engage inactive or past service clients
- Maintain consistent contact schedules for lead nurturing
Appointment Setting
Schedule sales and service appointmentsConfirm appointments and reduce no-showsProvide basic vehicle or service information to customersEnsure proper handoff to Sales or Service AdvisorsCustomer Retention & Database Management
Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRMTrack communication history and follow-up tasksRun targeted call campaigns (service reminders, promotions, equity mining, lease maturity, etc.)Support marketing initiatives through outbound outreachPerformance & Reporting
Meet or exceed call volume targetsAchieve appointment-setting goalsMaintain high show rates and conversion ratesFollow dealership scripts and processesProvide regular activity and performance reports to managementQualifications
Strong phone and communication skillsComfortable making high-volume outbound callsExcellent listening and objection-handling abilitiesProfessional and positive attitudeStrong organizational and time-management skillsBasic computer and CRM proficiencySales or customer service experience preferredAdditional Information
This is a full time evening position. Schedule will be Monday - Friday from 08 : 30 am to 4 pm and Friday from 8 : 30 am to 3 pm.
