Licensed Millwright 433A Pay Rate : $35–$47 / hr (depending on Experience )
Shift Premium : $0.75 / hr
Shift : Training on day shift (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM) for approximately 2 months, then transferring to afternoon shift (4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM)
Vacation : 2 weeks
Overtime : After 44 hours
Benefits : Eligible after 3 months

What You’ll Do : Licensed Millwright 433A
As a Millwright Mechanic you’ll ensure our production equipment, machinery, and facilities operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day could include quick fixes, major repairs, and preventive maintenance. You’ll work independently and with a collaborative team to keep our operations running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities : Licensed Millwright 433A
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
- Complete work orders efficiently focusing on the most critical tasks first.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CI presses, laminators, and other production equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility upkeep tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists for complex repairs.
- Minimize operational disruption through smart repair scheduling and clear communication.
- Keep leadership updated on maintenance activities and projects.
- Support additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring : Licensed Millwright 433A
Red Seal Certification (Millwright or Electrician) – mandatoryMinimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing (printing or bag packaging preferred)Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—mechanical and electricalFamiliarity with automation systems, including older and newer printing machines (up to 10-color models)Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbingComfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skillsStrong verbal and written communicationSelf-driven, adaptable, proactive, and solution-orientedKey Competencies : Licensed Millwright 433A
