A respected contractor in the commercial and institutional construction field in Laval for over 30 years is actively seeking a Ventilation Project Manager (Sheet Metal) to join its construction team. This is an opportunity to manage several stimulating projects (ranging from $100,000 to $500,000) simultaneously. Responsibilities

As a Ventilation Project Manager in Laval, your responsibilities will include :

Planning and coordinating the complete execution of the project.

Managing the scheduling of work teams.

Ensuring the procurement of necessary resources for the worksite.

Actively managing changes and unforeseen issues.

Managing project-related risks, including implementing mitigation strategies for OHS (Occupational Health and Safety).

Supervising the project team and ensuring fluid and effective communication.

Analyzing project needs and gathering requirements from various stakeholders.

Ensuring rigorous monitoring of project progress.

Implementing quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

You are a great fit for this HVAC Ventilation Project Manager position in Laval if you possess :

Significant experience in project management.

Proven experience in the HVAC (ventilation) field.

Proven skills in team management and leadership.

A good command of negotiation and conflict management techniques.
