Diagnostics Laboratory Supervisor

Location : Cambridge, ON

The Diagnostics Laboratory Supervisor will lead the Diagnostic laboratory and innovation projects while serving as an expertise center for internal and external customers.

Accountabilities :

Laboratory Management

• Manage the Canadian Autogenous Diagnostics and Innovation activities to ensure that studies are performed at the right level of quality, in due time and within budget.
• Ensure best in class practices are implemented within the Canadian Autogenous business, staying aware of competitors / external trends and best practices.
• Propose lab investments and development.
