Your job :

Preparation of Loan and Lease Documentation for Business Development Managers

Prioritize and manage incoming Loan and Lease fundings

Request PPSA Searches

Follow Anti-Money Laundering policy and procedures

Calling Vendors and Insurance Brokers

Help improve processes and related issues

Work with coordinators on other teams and various partners.

Prerequisites :

A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience

Customer service experience

Coordination experience

Experience in banking, an asset

Experience in process improvement

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
