What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage end-to-end custom 3rd party eblasts, including setup, proofing, launching, and reporting
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of Custom enewsletters and digital event marketing materials
  • Coordinate with paid social media teams to execute campaigns and manage reporting
  • Support lead generation efforts by building pages, forms, and conducting internal and external reporting
  • Regularly assess and update operational SOPs related to the position

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSStrong communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with multiple departments
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or a related field
