Must Have :

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM / EAI.

Nice to have :

  • Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

    Responsibilities

  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and / or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including tec

  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications Experience in the use of object and / or third generation language development tools Experience in one or more programming languages Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines CRM Software Development Skills Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools Experience with middleware and gateways Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development

  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices Experience with middleware and gateways Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
  • This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

    Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM / EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code / Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  • Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
  • Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
  • Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager

    • Report Development Skills - 35%

  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

    • Soft Skills- 20%

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

    • Public sector Experience- 5%

  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
