PC Chef – Test Kitchen
Location : Brampton
Status : Full-Time, On-site, 5 days / week
Why this role is important
The PC Chef plays a critical role in bringing the PC Test Kitchen to life every day. Working in partnership with the Test Kitchen Chef (Manager) and under the leadership of the Executive Chef, this role ensures the smooth execution of tastings, recipe development, preparation instructions, and product testing, while maintaining the highest culinary and brand standards.
As a key member of the culinary team, the PC Chef supports the planning and delivery of daily activities, assists in special events, and provides hands‑on expertise to showcase Loblaw Brands. This role bridges creativity and execution, contributing innovative culinary ideas, developing engaging presentations, and ensuring operational excellence in the Test Kitchen.
Collaboration is essential—this role works with cross‑functional partners in Product Development, Product Management, and Marketing to build strong and sustainable relationships that support business objectives.
