SuperValu - Gibsons | $22 / hr | Monday-Friday | ~20 hrs / week
Were looking for a dependable, detail-orientedOffice Administratorto support our pricing, paperwork, and daily store operations. This is a steadyweekday role, ideal for someone who enjoys focused admin work in a busy retail environment.
What Youll Do :
- Keep pricing accurate by creating, updating, and printing shelf labels and price changes
- Reconcile daily sales reports and prepare simple deposit documentation
- Assist with month-end tasks such as customer statements
- Receive deliveries and maintain organized paperwork and filing
- Support general office flow : supplies, mail pickups, invoice prints, and reports
- Respond to calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Track product shortages and vendor claims in Excel
- Use company portals for bookings, pre-books, and basic admin entries
- Take on additional admin tasks that help the store run smoothly
