Your new role

As a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, supporting enterprise applications with a primary focus on Salesforce and related platforms.You will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, release support, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across application enhancements, integrations, production support activities, and strategic projects. Working closely with product owners, Salesforce administrators, developers, QA teams, release managers, data specialists, and external vendors, you will help deliver scalable, secure,pliant, and user-focused solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years of Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience supporting CRM or enterprise applications.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, technical, data, integration, process, and reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operational support.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including security models, data structures, automation tools, configuration concepts, and release management practices.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, business workflows, acceptance criteria, test plans, and supporting Agile delivery methodologies.
