Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality standards
• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Ensure table cleanliness, setup, and presentation
• Process payments accurately and manage cash and POS transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
